If you've seen an influx of Success Factors emails then you know it is time for our mid-year review. Please take the opportunity to provide peer review for your coworkers. All comments are anonymous. If you choose not to provide feedback, please go into Success Factors and "decline to comment" so that the peer reviews can all be completed.
Amelia and I will be reviewing all comments on Friday and then meeting with staff to discuss the results.
