Iceberg Identification:
For all patients deemed at risk or who have a pressure ulcer must have an iceberg sticker on their scan-able wrist band and the front of the chart.
Iceberg stickers are available in Central Supply. The order # is 48390; this comes as a roll of 250 stickers.
