Reminders:
1. Flu shots due by Dec. 15th. Will have flu vaccine on the units starting 10/28.
2. Check your PALS, BLS, and TB expiration dates.
3. Nursing checkbook: Charge RNs please be sure to complete every 4 hours. We are usually missing one or two entries each day. This will impact our staffing grid numbers and could affect our ability to post positions in the future.
4. Sign up for a fleece sweatshirt or vest. Money is due to Alicia or Natalie by Nov. 1st.
5. Screen patients for the flu vaccine.
6. Please remember to complete the admissions information within 24 hours. We are lacking on the nutrition screen in particular.

I have been doing random arm band audits for the first two weeks of this month and both units were 100% compliant!!! I am so very proud of all of you for keeping your patient's safe!
