I have arranged for 70 doses of flu vaccine to be picked up for our units on 10/28. I will put some of the vials in PICU and some on 7C. Our MDs and RT friends may also be vaccinated from this supply. Deadline for getting vaccinated is December 15th. Once our vials are open, they are only good for 30 days, so please get this done early or you will have to go to employee health. Night shift... flu vaccines are already available in the adult ED from 0300-0700 each day.
As always, please make a copy of your vaccination documentation to keep for yourself after you have faxed it over to employee health.
