MANDATORY FOR ALL EMPLOYEES TO ATTEND: TOWN HALL SERIES IN JULY

Town Hall Series are now mandatory for ALL employees to attend.  See schedule for details, webinars are now available for those to watch at home who are not able to drive to the MUSC campus on their day off.

Simulcast sessions - During simulcast sessions, the live presentation will occur in the Drug Discovery Auditorium, while also being displayed via simulcast to the 2 West Amp

    What is the requirement for attending these meetings. 2/year? 1/month?

    It is a shame that something that is mandatory will require a night shift person to stay late or come in early, or come in on a day off to attend. Would be nice of the hospital to offer these meetings during the night shift hours, since it is mandatory.

    To clarify- quarterly town halls are mandatory, so four times a year. There are several options, including webinar links so you can attend from home. You are not expected to come in on your day off. A recommendation for an 8 pm or 6 am meeting is not a bad idea. I know with Magnet, the webinar link is available to be viewed at any time, so maybe they can add that feature. I'll look into it.

    Also, for night shift employees: there are several town hall meetings that are offered at 6:00p.m. and also at 7:30a.m. - that means you could come in an hour early prior to your shift or stay an extra 30 minutes late after shift ending.
