Competencies!

All RN's should have a competency packet in their mailbox. You have until 6/30/2014 to complete this packet. The first page is the ONLY page I need back and the rest of the packet is yours to keep as a reference, including the tests. You must have a signature for each competency and you have 2-3 options for demonstrating competence for each one. Don't hesitate to ask me if you have any questions. The second page of the packet lists the super-users you will seek out to sign you off (I can sign you off as well). No one will hunt you down, so please take the initiative to get started. I think this process will really help us hold each other accountable, and I'd appreciate any feedback as the year progresses. If I have not met with you to discuss your specific super-user competency, I will by next week. I only have about 5 RN's left to speak with. Thanks everyone!
