Annual Evaluations - Must be signed by August 31st

The deadline for annual evaluation completion is quickly approaching. I am still working on writing the evaluations for many of you. I will have them all completed no later than Sunday night, August 25th. I will go ahead and sign them and send them to you via email link to Success Factors. You can read them in private and write any commments in the space provided. I WILL MEET WITH EACH OF YOU INDIVIDUALLY TO REVIEW. I will likely not be able to get to all of you next week, but for sure by the end of the first week in September. Please go ahead and sign your review. If there is any issue, let me know immediately and I will try to get you into the earlier reviews next week. I will be coming in early and staying late to get to everyone. Just have patience as there are more than 60 of you. I really want to spend some quality time with you all individually so we can make a plan for the coming year. You all need to have professional development goals this year. If you did not do the self evaluation and write in a development goal, then I have given you one. Trust me, they are all pretty vague and easy. You do not have to accomplish these goals in one year, it is simply documentation that you have professional development goals.
