Expiring Glucose Controls - 3/6/14

POCT Staff will be collecting expired glucose controls from your area tomorrow 3/6/2014.  Please locate all controls that will expire on 3/6/2014 at midnight and have them centrally located at the nurse’s station.   POCT will replace all controls removed from your area.

As staff continue to run controls daily please note the expiration date of the controls and dispose of any expired controls from your area.  The new controls should have an expiration date of 6/6/2014.  Discontinue the use of any controls that expire 3/6/2014.

We will send controls by courier for all outlying clinics.
