The Culture of Safety Survey is open now through 3/17/14. I have placed random envelopes in your mailboxes, each with a PIN to complete the survey. This PIN is associated with the unit, not the individual (don't believe me? Trade with someone) so results are completely anonymous. The results of this survey are used to make improvements in the care delivered to our patients. This is your opportunity to let leadership know what the safety issues are at the bedside. Let's try to get 100% completion rates in both units. There will be a surprise for the unit with the highest completion rate.
