Sitters for SUICIDAL PATIENTS

ATTENTION 7C & PICU PCTs:

We now have to start tracking anytime that you are a sitter for a suicidal patient.  From now on, if you are a SITTER for a SUICIDAL PATIENT, then please turn in a time entry form with the shift date that you were a suicidal sitter, along with the unit that you floated to be a sitter for a suicidal patient.
