Reminder: Please place completed airway clearance sheets (pink sheets) in the mailbox in the break room labeled "Airway Clearance". Though RT's document on these forms and should be placing them here, when patients are transferred or discharged the form may be lost or thrown away when we clean the bedside. Jill Thompson is collecting data based on the use of these sheets, so please do her a favor and look for it when transferring your patient. If you notice them piling at your bedside, feel free to remind RT where they should go :) Secretaries and PCTs, please be aware of these pink sheets- they should not go in the chart and should not be thrown away.
