7C and PICU - this applies to anyone working from 1900 on Saturday, 3/9 through 0600 on Monday, 3/11:
This weekend, Kronos (timeclock system) will be doing an upgrade on the software. They hope that the timeclocks will be working but just in case we're asked to be prepared for downtime.
If the clock is not working, then please print out and complete the attached time entry form: http://mcintranet.musc.edu/hr/payroll/pdf_files/TimeEntryForm.pdf
I apologize for the inconvenience - hopefully this will help some people who have been "rejected" lately by the time clock! :)
