Last week I had been coming around to check everyone off on POCT, and I apologize for the inconvenience, but if you only performed one QC (high OR low) on the glucometer, you must do it again and perform BOTH the high and low QCs. Sorry- I was originally misinformed. Some of you mentioned that you were receiving expiration warning messages, and this could be why. If you perform both and you are still seeing those messages after a day or two, please let me know. I've been in contact with the POCT team and apparently there are some glitches in their system. Thanks for your patience.
There were no EROC topics for CH last week, so please take this week to go over the previous roll-outs (3 so far) if you have not done so already. There are several of you who have not signed them all, and last month's roll-out had some important information that you need to know.
