An incentive pay plan to increase staffing for the Epic training and rollout was announced this week. See the details below. It is for RNs only (fulltime, partime, or benefit exempt). You must commit to either 4 extra 12 hour shifts or 8 extra 12 hour shifts during the specified pay periods.
Please let me know if you are interested and I will get a contract to you. I am happy to answer any questions via email or at work next week.
•RN’s
who commit to 1 extra 12 hour shift on inpatient units for 4 weeks = $500
incentive pay (IOP 8 hours = $350)
•2
extra 12 hour shifts for 4 weeks = $1,000 (IOP = $700)
•In
addition to regular pay and appropriate OT and shift differential
•Prioritized
on home units first and can float on other units to meet 4 week requirement
•Staff
must have no call-offs, sick time, etc. during 4 weeks to receive the incentive
(management call-offs don’t void incentive)
•Incentive
period is June 15 – July 12
