Hand Hygiene Audits

Each month our unit needs to do a minimum of 30 hand hygiene audits.  Rebecca sends out an email at the beginning of the month to the staff who are responsible for that months audits.  In the last few months, we have had ZERO compliance for 7C and PICU.  Please note that this is a MANDATORY duty.   I understand that some of you  have been repeatedly asked and have still not complied for many months.  From now on, consider this part of your job competencies.  If you do not comply, you will not be eligible for a merit raise from your evaluation.
